The service we received from John Banks Ipswich,particularly Adrian Carter,was excellent and made up for the total silence received from the manufacturer over what was a serious fault on a new car that had to be replaced. I am delighted with the same model replacement vehicle.

I had the pleasure to be served by Helena who had plenty of patience to deal with my hundred questions plus her kindness was second to none. Very professional sales team including the manager. I bought a secondhand car that works like a dream and the part exchange was fair with no hassle at all. The whole process was done in a very reasonable short time with all their promises fulfilled to a high standard. It is a shame that I do not live near to get my car service in the same Suzuki branch.

It’s a wonderful car which I am really pleased with. I like the reversing camera and am able to turn in a small space. I also like the quietness of it.

Booked 1st service. Work was done on time, very efficiently, excellent friendly service from sales and service staff. Job completed while I waited. Video from technician showed the bike in workshop, all very transparent. Very happy.

Poor bike had problems the next day spoke to sales man and tried to get my money but they didn't wanna know just kept palming me off since then bike has broken down . Avoid john banks like covid the service is poor even the service department is rude and ignorant what a joke of a service

Appreciated all the help regarding paperwork etc in turning the sale around really quickly. The only downside was handover which seemed a little rushed but only to be expected during lockdown.

Newly purchased Dacia Sandero still under warranty broke down with a starting motor burn out ,John Banks Group. Were very helpful polite and able to solve the problem

Vehicle Jazz EX 6 years old. Rear headrests and load cover had to be replaced as not in the vehicle. Replacements not to spec for that Jazz and rear wiper blade cover replaced as was missing. Part not fitted properly as came off on first time of use. It had been put on with Blu-tack. I have since replaced cover and all good. Like the car but gutless. Just a runabout. Car was cleaned well inside and out. Have replaced all interior floor mats, as the drivers mat badly worn, with rubber ones. Much better. Maybe the next vehicle will be a Honda too. Its called Hettie.
