Easy to book. Great, pleasant service. Very helpful. Communication was very good and kept me informed about how the work was progressing. Safety check video is very good. Quickly informed me when work was complete and everything was ready when I arrived. The only negative is that the car was not cleaned. Other service providers usually include this in the price of a service.
Friendly group of people
From the second I got in contact the experience was excellent. No messing around, straight forward answers to my questions by everyone in the team. Asa led the sale, and was very responsive, as was everyone else who made contact. They turned around my new car, and took my part ex in within a week of making contact, great job!!! Definitely go to these guys if you are looking to buy an Alpine, no matter what you have to part ex.

Air-con not working properly. Car was booked in for a re-gas but technicians discovered a leak. The relevant parts were ordered and a few days later fitted and then car was re-gassed. Now works fine.

Booking the service was simple, we were reminded a couple of days before of the day and time. The receptionist booked the car in and explained about the prepaid service and when the car would be available to pick up. We were informed when the service was completed, earlier than expected and when we went to pick it up everything was ready for us and the car had been cleaned. Great service, thanks.

OMG, where do I start? I took my 2018 Honda Civic to John Banks Honda in Cambridge when the engine warning light was showing, along with various other flashing lights. The car is only four years old but is out of warranty, but when they found a crack in the engine block, they contacted Honda, who agreed to cover the cost. They also paid for a hire car while I was waiting for the parts. Honda are an excellent make and they had never before had provide a new engine block. I cannot tell you how helpful this company have been. They have gone way beyond necessary to help and get my lovely Civic fixed. Thank you so much.
Started using JBH in Bury St Edmunds this year, on both visits I've been left bewildered at the difference between here and previous garages I have used. Simply put, great service by the team when handling my vehicle and when things didn't go quite right on the last visit, they had a courtesy car ready for me the same day the repairs had been identified as a longer fix. Honestly, the guys on site deserve a raise. For the team on site you will recognise the blue civic with reversed break pads.
Found the salesperson very helpful in providing information about the new car, if they were unsure of anything they went and asked someone. Kept informed about delivery of new car. Handover of new car went smoothly.
A few teething problems and unsatisfactory inconvenience after I bought the car at Honda in Bury St Edmunds , it needed a new condenser and battery after car wouldn't start twice. Now sorted but has been very stressful.
Recently purchased a used Honda Jazz from Bury dealership. Found the sales easy to deal with. No pressure to close a sale. On collecting the car it had been well prepared. If I had any complaints it would be that the Honda warranty and 12 month breakdown information was not readily available. This may have been because I wanted paper copy. This was later produced.
I could not have had a better or easier experience at John Banks when buying my new Honda CRV Hybrid. The sales personnel where excellent (Rhys Measor) the whole transaction was dealt with in a very professional but friendly and informative way.
