My Honda CMX500 Rebel had its 24 months 2nd service 27/04/22. Last 3 months have ridden it only a few miles as I now have a bad back and the bike has been garaged for most of the time. According to the service manual the air filter requires changing at 24months. I normally would not check this as it's a bit awkward to get to but I mistakenly, replacing the seat, thought I'd dropped one of the seat bungs down the intake aperture. It was not there. Thought I'd check the filter at the same time. This (impotant) filter had never been replaced. I was looking pretty bad! Don't know what else they haven't done, but for an expensive £253. This is bad indeed, and bad for the bike. This company had already ignored a request about a warranty issue I have. Needless to say, they will not get any business from me. DO WE HAVE TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR?

Changed my Honda Jazz 2004 for Suzuki SX4 2012 and am delighted with the swap. The car was wonderfully prepared, full mot and service, valeted exceptionally well. I made the deal part ex fairly quickly but no v5 on John Banks side. There was a reluctance to keep me updated on progress. They offered to cancel the deal but pointless to me. Bike delivered 5 weeks later with tank of fuel and without tool kit. Never heard from them again. Service shocking.

As previously experienced,I found staff helpful and responsive to all my questions and needs. I am however still experiencing some problems with the in car Sat Nav , and fear I may need further help.

I have bought quite a few Honda civics over the years from a few Honda dealers and used John Banks in Bury St Edmunds for the first time in April this year - 2022. I found them to be very accommodating and professional and will definately be using this dealership again when I next change my Civic.

the service dept was good but the new car sales didn't provide enough info about the hybrid facilities. I have found some of them to be quite complicated with so many options

I have bought a large number of Honda's from John Banks Ipswich and always received fantastic service. The team there know what I would like and have guided me in purchasing my new cars based on what I need. I've encouraged friends and family to view their selection when looking for new/used cars too. I was surprised with a gift on my last car purchase, which made me feel very special and when the time comes to change my car again, I'll definitely stick with Honda because of the team in Ipswich.
