John bank’s Cambridge could not have been more supportive and understanding. I visited with a second hand car only purchased in February with a list of issues. They took great care on assessing this car and then spent time to explain what their findings were. I had been having some difficulty with the second hand dealership and Ian and Darren both spent time going through what my options were. All of this was above and beyond what they needed to do. The outcome was I part exchanged my car for a new Tucson hybrid. I am absolutely thrilled with the car and the package it came with. We popped into John Banks Renault just to have a chat about our Captur and how much it was worth. We came out having sold it and bought a new Captur Hybrid. Katie Cambridge was fabulous from start to finish with a little help from her colleagues. We were interested in a specific version and were taken over to the compound to look at 'our' car and that was that. We handed our car over and collected our new one all within two weeks. Full marks to John Banks Cambridge for their excellent service! They were quick to book in a vehicle health check/service appointment at short notice during peak holiday time. The assessment was detailed and the whole process was completely transparent with only most needed parts recommended for replacement. Took only 2-3 hours for the helath check and front/rear break pads replacement. Will definitely be my go to place for all services in future.
When I arrived at Honda Ipswich, Kymberley greeted us with warm welcome and dealt with our request speedily. She was efficient and knows all about the cars. Two days later she called us to arrange to pick up the car. I arrived by train from London and was picked up by Kymberley at the station and few minutes later I was on my way back to London in my own car. Very good service and I will certainly recommend this company to anyone.
