Good service with query, prompter response would have been better but not down to agent as relying on third party for information

Nice person who dealt with us (Carl) with a professional but personal approach. The booking was setup quite easily and Carl went to lengths to accommodate our specific needs. We are yet to complete the booking in terms of some final options/logistics but hope this will be as straightforward as the initial experience.

After I made contact to register my interest in the holiday Michael phoned me and went through the details I thanked him and said I would consult my wife and get back to him he said okay and gave me his direct number I did not get any calls from him and spoke to him when we had decided to book I then phoned him back and again he was very helpful and pleasant and before asking for payment of the deposit went through everything again to make sure I was happy to proceed

First experience of booking with this company for our first cruise. Prompt contact from rep, initial email with details comprehensively covers what happens next. As cruise is not until next year we cannot comment further.

Tony Price who took our booking, was very efficient, friendly and polite. He answered all my questions and queries with competence, very professional. We have used ‘Jetline’ before and mostly found the best price wise with the Cruise packages. Well done, Tony and ‘Jetline’ highly recommended.

Our recent experience with Jetline Cruise was very disappointing. Whilst the booking process for a cruise to New York from Southampton on Queen Mary 2 and subsequent rail journeys across the US to San Francisco via Chicago was fine we were very unhappy, in particular, with the way they handled the refund from the Cruise cancelled by Cunard at very short notice. We did not receive the refund until 22 June 2 months later having had to fund flights to New York in the meantime. Whilst it was not Jetline's fault that the cruise was cancelled by Cunard for a " technical issue" (never properly explained) and to be fair they organised the flights very speedily, the response to emails was very slow, and we could not talk with our Concierge who only dealt with issues by email. The reasons for the delay were unconvincing ie adherence to company procedures and staff shortages due to Covid. It remains unclear when the transfer of the refund was made to Jetline by Cunard, conflicting timescales given. A further issue was unreliability of the transfer booked by Jetline from JFK to our hotel in Manhattan booked through a third party.Due to a 90 minute delay in Immigration the driver informed me by Whats App that he had another fare and left and did not arrange another cab.We had to find our own way and the cost of the taxi took 7 weeks to recover from Jetline. The hotel(again booked through a third party by Jetline) website in NY showed pictures of a bar and restaurant. These were still being refurbished when we arrived. Thus a very disappointing and unsatisfactory start to what was meant to be our Golden Wedding celebration. We certainly won't he using Jetline or Cunard again

Having written a review about Jetlinetravel and the problems we were having, I had a very helpful and reassuring phone conversation with Richard the Head of Operations who sorted all our queries and concerns. We are much happier now with the company.
