We took the cruise on face value from travelzoo. Jetline didn't tell us about horrendous flights stopovers both ways. Travelzoo stated 4 nights speciality dining jetline have given us 2. Travelzoo quoted 5 star at the intercontinental Buenos Aires, but jetline gave us a 4 star regente Palace Hotel. Takes the shine off it a bit.

First time customer of Jetline. Booked a cruise over the phone, straightforward booking process, Michael Cooper the staff member who dealt with us was very helpful & offered suggestions to make our holiday even better. Couple of very minor issues after booking which were dealt with straightaway. Having only completed the booking process with Jetline so far, it is difficult to give a 5 star review but so far so good
Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff and the small error on the invoice was promptly and efficiently resolved.

I got the cruise I wanted at a good price including transfers. The booking experience on the phone took a lot of time with many times holding on for lengthy periods, but all worked out OK in the end.
I had to go back and forth a lot with Michael Cooper, but he was always patient and got the best deal he possibly could for me
