I have to say that I was extremely happy with the service I received from Michael Cooper at Jetline Cruise. The company was quick to react when we asked for details of the cruise in which we were interested. However, between the initial contact and accepting the proposition, I felt we were overly pressurised into accepting. we received 5 telephone calls within two days, but as soon as we had signed, but then had a query, response was almost non existent.
