I was the lead passenger on a cruise that was booked via Jetline Cruises. I'd booked the cruise for January 2023, and I'd read the documents and noted they'd booked double rooms. I emailed (on two separate occasions) to request twin rooms. I received a response confirming the request. They allowed the other passenger to change the date of the cruise, without letting me know. I did not receive a copy of the new documents, even from the other passenger. I lost my deposit. I rang and emailed Jetline to say that they should not change the date without the lead passengers consent. We arrived in Sydney at 9.30 pm to find out that a 'micro' double room had been booked. As I'd printed off all my documents from the initial booking, it meant I'd taken copies of the emails with me that showed that I had requested twin beds. For 3 nights I was charged a total of £248. I had to book a second room on the first night, and then they changed the room we had to a twin room. The hotel informed me that Jetline had not even requested twin beds. I emailed Jetline requesting a refund of the money I'd had to pay out. Firstly I was informed that I should have booked the twin rooms myself and checked all the documents. I had for the cruise I'd booked, and I'd emailed them twice requesting twin beds. As I didn't receive the documents with regards to the change of the cruise date, I would have thought they'd figure it out that we'd still require twin beds even though the other passenger changed the date. Apparently not. I was informed it was my job to ensure twin beds had been booked with the hotel. My response was no - they were the travel agents and that's what I had paid them for. I made a formal complaint to their complaints department. All I got was the offer of a £50 voucher towards another holiday with them! I wouldn't go with Jetline ever again. I put my case to Resolver, they've not even bothered to respond, even though the 28 day response has passed. I'd included the CEO of Jetline in with my email. No response from him, so he doesn't care about the people who pay his wages.

Great company until something goes wrong! Booked a multi centre holiday with internal flights. We had to pay a baggage fee for our internal flights even thought luggage was meant to be included. Jetline said this should not have happened. 1 year later and we are still waiting on a refund for baggage charges!!

Have used jetline in the past on my 25 year anniversary and all went well so booked through then again/ Booking was easy and informative . Hope holiday goes as well . One thing though customer services are abit slow to respond at times .

It was easy to get answers, Nathan appeared knowledge about holiday and the process of getting it all sorted out for us. I had some questions over hotels and they got back to me with alternatives to consider. Overall - excellent experience
