Awful, got a faulty product. Sent an email with pictures to say faulty, got a fluffy loose response, please send the product order number. So I did. Two further emails and a follow up call and absolutely nothing.

Really cute toys - very soft and sweet. They don’t seem to respond to emails however. One time a parcel didn’t show up and I tried to contact and didn’t get any reply. However the other times I ordered and I received lovely items

Horrible service. Literally could not pay for a stuffed animal. Like do they want business or not? Kept saying I was entering my card wrong. I have tried two cards now. Entered them based off my phones memory and manually. Been sitting here forever with the same results. Waste of my time. So inconvenient.

Horrible customer service, supposed to leave UK on 10th of December to bring my family gifts. Absolutely zero response from countless emails. Appalling to say the least!

I ordered a present for my friends child. When it turned up it was the wrong item. I contacted them via email as they suggest and nothing happened. I then called them to ask if they could sort out the mistake. I was informed I had called the wrong department even though this was the only number supplied but they would pass on the message. No response. I am not sure what to do in the future as I wouldn’t bother ordering from them anymore if this what they think is acceptable customer service….

Ordered a fuddlewuddle donkey last week and paid express delivery called the company told it was still in the warehouse but would issue my delivery refund back seen as the service I paid for never happened. Was told someone would call me back, still waiting along with still no despatched email. I have one unhappy daughter. Wish I read the reviews before I spent money on this company. Still no donkey or a refund so will be taking this matter further.

Bought a few toys for my friend’s kid’s birthday, first of all, never arrived, second of all, the customer service never replied to me and there was no way of contacting them besides the email which they do not reply to

Have recently purchased from Jellycat on two separate occasions and have been delighted with both purchases. Not only are the products of a high quality, but the website was easy to use, they arrived quickly and in perfect condition. When I e-mailed the team prior to purchase, they were quick to respond and extremely helpful. Happily recommend them and will definitely order from them again!

I emailed them then decided to call them. I managed to get through to this lovely lady named, Hollie and as per another review mentioned she's really helpful! She's helping me chase my order which I've made for my sister's birthday. Can't wait to get hold of the gift! Unfortunately, the bunny I bought 3 days ago is out of stock. Not sure why the website still allowed me to purchase it. It's a good thing I called them today or I'll be waiting for weeks and never find out.

My order got lost in the mail and I got a replacement sorted with a lovely customer service lady called Tania she was so helpful and informative and was quick to get to a resolution. 5*

Order hasn’t turned up after 9 days, parcel still hasn’t been handed over to Royal Mail. I’ve emailed customer service twice with no response. EDIT- after getting in contact with customer service by phone, I spoke to a lovely advisor called Hollie who is taking care of my order :)

Utterly appalling. Ordered 4 items - email sent with tracking all seemed good. However tracking number doesn’t work, no record of it with FedEx. Emailed jelly cat twice - totally ignored no response in over a week.

Ordered a gorgeous bashful bunny for a colleagues new baby. It was so lovely and she was thrilled. Also asked for advice on another gift and cannot fault the ease of ordering and superb level of customer service from start to finish. Thank you Jellycat!

Still waiting for a replacement to my big Dexter dragon which has a giant hole in it with stuffing coming out! No contact from customer service team. They sent me the wrong replacement it’s the tiny version. Now my emails are just being ignored! Really poor customer service, getting frustrated and disappointed.

I’m never usually one to write reviews but this one I had to. My 8 month old daughter has a jellycat bunny which she lost on a walk and she cannot sleep without as it’s been her comforter most of her little life (I know now to always have a back up…). Anyway, ordered a new one on the Saturday, paying £8 for next working day delivery thinking it would be here at some point on the Monday possibly Tuesday. Got to Monday, nothing so emailed them. No reply. Got to Tuesday, rang them, THEY HADN'T EVEN SENT IT. They apologised and said they’d get it out next day special delivery before 1pm and refunded the £8 special delivery postage. The tracking number hasn’t been updated and it’s now Wednesday and no sign of this parcel. So now I’m dealing with my baby being lost without her bunbun.

Worts costumer service experience EVER!!!!! They are magycal on writing you approx 2page explanation of why they have messed up, so many excuses and sorrys but no action. Made an order on the first week of June for my daughter’s birthday which was in the middle of July, a week before it messaged costumer service, as I still didn’t receive my product and tracking nr didn’t work, they said that apparently my parcel was lost, promised to send a new one, it was ok by me as long as they promised that it will arrive on the 29th of July, latest. They said yes no problem, that they will take extra care of this package and it was 30th of July and nooooo sign of tracking nr or present it self, contacted costumer service, another girl answered with a long ass email of how terribly sorry she is and that they have issued a refund, btw, its 15th of Aug and I can’t see any refund from them on my bank account. How come, such a big company, such an expensive toys and they act just like that!?!??!

I paid for next day delivery, before the cut off time. The order was not despatched until the day it was supposed to be received by me, so was not delivered in time. My request for a refund as a result of this has been ignored.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I order a Sacha snow tiger really big and I received my order on June 6th as Taylor tiger the small size. IN THE WRONG SIZE AND COLOUR! That’s not a common mistake to make at all!!! Very disappointed with the organization of the company! Emailed them at least 10 times, said to refund my money of *£150* within a few weeks, it’s July 21st right now!!! No reply after I emailed. This was a gift and now my friend is very very disappointed as I couldn’t get anything for them not to mention the £150 that I spent!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Used to love jellycat but with the horrible customer service, NEVER AGAIN!!! Do not buy unless you want to be left on read by them and never get your money back!!! I expect someone to contact me asap for my refund and I’m not happy at all with the customer service!
