Ordered from Jellycat and after some days did not receive a dispatch email. Emailed the support and was helped straight away. They sent me a tracking email and said they would give further updates on my shipment. A few days later my package arrived perfectly packed! Jellycat also emailed to say I should have received my order and that they hoped it got to me in good state (it did)

It's my very first time using this website so it's all very new to me! :) I decided to order two suffed animals for my girlfriend, and was worried that hadn't shipped out or weren't going to ship out as there was trouble with my banking I thought, but the customer service was amazing and responded quite quickly and reassured me everything was okay and my order was being shipped. Josie is a great customer service/jelly cat worker thank you so much! :)

I lost my sons jelly cat and contacted the company through email over a bank holiday and they responded very quickly and they were very helpful, as I didn’t know what monkey it was we had lot, not purchasing it ourselves. I was sent pictures of the collection and the staff were very understanding. Luckily for me we were reunited with the origional, so I let Sara know and still they spent the time and energy to reply to my email. I cannot praise them enough good job guys and I wish you all the very best. One very relieved Nan

Brilliant customer care service. Message via the online help form on their website. They got back me to in 1-2 day time scale as stated on the website. The questions I asked about delivery were answered in a really friendly professional mannar.

I made an ordered which was dispatched more than a month ago but it was lost by mail. I sent an email to Josie, who had contacted me during a previous order to confirm my address and informed her of the situation. Josie replied straight away and offered a refund or replace the product. I asked them to replace the product which they immediately proceeded to do. My experience with the company has always been positive and Josie has been nothing but pleasant and helpful every time we came into contact.

These guys have to be the most passionate and caring about their work and their clients. I've never felt more loved by a company. I've had issues with the address and they were quick and diligent with coming up with a fix and when I told them this was for a birthday gift they gave me a delivery boost to make sure it arrived in time. I super recommend them now that I have the plushie at home, it's adorable and exceptionally well made.

I contacted customer service at Jellycat, for confirmation of our on line order had been received by them. I also enquired as to when despatch & delivery could be expected. Skye (Senior Customer Advisor) was exceedingly, polite, courteous & most helpful. Immediately investigating my queries. I was assured our order had been received. Details of the position regarding our order was given, & updates were given frequently until it had actually been despatched, upon which we were supplied with a parcel tracker. The items arrived, speedily, safely plus thoroughly & securely packed.

Unfortunately, our order was mixed up with another person’s order and it was right before a holiday so I was really banking on the items being here on time. I called and Elena was amazing to work with and took care of the mix up ASAP. She ensured that our order (and the other person’s order) was corrected AND we are told that our items will still arrive on time! That rarely happens with any sort of shipping/issue right before a holiday. I truly appreciated her kindness AND urgency to help. I will keep sending them business and they do make the best stuffed animals!

I have received an excellent care by Caitlinn to my issue with the poor red panda (he misses a little patch of fur). Caitlinn has been very attentive to the problem, explained how Jellycat friends are made with great care to details. A replacement is promptly offered.

After ordering lovely Bartholomew Bear Bag Charms, I realized that there was a mistake in my order, so I made some inquiries. We usually get good answers when we ask somethings at online shopping malls, but I've never received such a kind and lovely response. I am so touched her careful and kind response. Because of Sara(Customer Advisor), I fell in love with Jelly Cat more more🤍 Her lovely customer service made me so happy. Thank you again sara
