The Wallpaper arrived promptly and packaged well, there was no sample available at the time of my order so I took a chance. Unfortunately the colour was just off so I requested a refund. The customer service was excellent and they arranged the paperwork to authorise the return. I have just received prompt notification of my refund . Wll definately purchase from this company again ...if I can get a sample.
