Knocked off a star because the fabric I ordered wasn't actually in stock, but Jane Clayton's colleague Zoe patiently negotiated for me to find a solution and we got there in the end. I really appreciated all the help you gave me and am very happy with the fabric that has just arrived.

My delivery went wrong as not given an assignment number to divert this delivery to a pick up point : The several attempts to contact via email and phone , to get a refund . I have been ignored no idea if I will ever recieve my money . TIP : Best Customers service should happen when things go wrong

I received excellent service when ordering my Sanderson wallpaper - although JC didn't have enough in stock - a swift and efficient order, delivery date confirmed and it arrived early! Happy with the purchase and will buy from JC again.

I wanted to order some fabric and was having an issue ordering online to I phoned and spoke to a lovely lady who was extremely helpful and put the order through for me. It arrived a couple of days later on a roll rather than folded. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Jane Clayton in future.

Only place I could find that sold the fabric I wanted. They were also happy to sell 1 metre. Delivery very efficient and arrived soon after ordering.

Great customer service. Professional and reliable. I always check their items on sale and have got some absolute bargains. Good quality packaging, truthful invoices (unlike another fabric company who provides invoices but doesn’t deliver, see my other reviews) and the shipping is fast too. Have ordered from them many times and have never had a bad experience.

Great selection of wallpapers and competitive prices. Very easy website to use and placing an order was very straight forward. My order was dispatched very quickly and the email notification good. My score would have been 5 stars had the courier used not been UPS. They are shocking. The only way to get updates is by downloading their app which I didn’t want to do. It didn’t arrive on the day I was told. The following day I was told delivery would be between 8am - 10am. That came and went and an hour later another email to say it would be delivered before the end of the day! It finally arrived mid afternoon.
