Ho avuto necessità di richiedere alcuni campioni di tessuto per divani che avevo piacere di vedere dal vivo. Devo dire che, anche per una così piccola richiesta, ho ricevuto un servizio eccezionale. Campioni spediti in tempi rapidissimi, informazione costante sul tracking del pacchetto, packaging curatissimo. Bravissimi!!! La serietà e l'organizzazione si vedono dai più piccoli particolari. Grazie!

Ridiculously small sample for the cost and in comparison to others received from competitors. Cost price of full roll was considerably cheaper elsewhere.

Communications from JC & Co were okay notifying me of a delay from their supplier but the UPS service has been poor, with further delays (who knows why) and even though it was due yesterday it still hasn’t been delivered. My order was due to be delivered within a few days of ordering, it’s now been 8 days and I’m still waiting!

Ordered a roll of William Morris wallpaper. Communication regarding delivery was good. The product arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. The product itself is beautiful.

Don’t waste your time! Chat line unhelpful, only advice is to order fabric samples (postage for which you have to pay). Awaiting samples since 19/8 only to be informed by Anpost 27/8 that they are being returned to sender due to invalid or incomplete customs declaration! They clearly do not value international business. Fabric probably will be out of stock by the time, if ever, samples reach me! Their mailbox is full and unable to accept any further emails!, no one answers the phone lines! Have placed many orders with this company over the years prebrexit but no more……

So this may not sound great to start, but stay with me. Having been let down by a different supplier I had a decorator booked, guests arriving and no wallpaper. I ordered the Indigo Koi Harlequin paper from JC because of next day delivery and also the competitive pricing. Within a couple of hours of the order going in I had an email saying that the supplier had issues and Next Day delivery wasn’t possible. Panic obviously set in, however after contacting Zoe in JC customer services she stayed on top of the delivery, keeping me informed and within 48hrs I had the wallpaper and it is going up as I write. Quality of paper excellent, price very good, and customer services even better. Can’t recommend them more.

Our order arrived within the time scale quoted, and when we had an issue with one of the rolls the matter was resolved very quickly by Rosie. Excellent service all round.

The samples were small so I could not get an idea how how the paper would look in my room. So much so, I'm deciding to go elsewhere.

We ordered an expensive, bespoke headboard from Jane Clayton, and were initially told that the order would take 4-6 weeks to be delivered. During this period, I contacted the company by telephone a few times to check the status of my order and the person on the phone had no idea what this order was, and its status. I was told to wait until they checked with other personnel and I would be contacted by e-mail. They took more than a day to get back to me to say it was going to be delivered at the end of 6 weeks. The order did not turn up. I called several times again (as on some occasions nobody picked up the phone), and was eventually told the order was delayed by another 2 weeks. If I hadn't contacted them, nobody would have kept me in the loop about this delay. The order eventually turned up at the beginning of week 9, with no compensation, no discount, no incentive to make up for the uncommunicated delay. The quality of the item is fine although it is way too expensive for what it is. The delay caused further delays in our house renovation. Communications were poor and unhelpful, therefore the two stars.

Absolutely dreadful customer service. A made to order blind was not made to order and the details were incorrect, it took them an age to sort out and I had to follow up for weeks on end. Really expensive blind and the quality isn’t great even if it had been made correctly. Really unhelpful staff who think they are saying all the right things but just have no common sense.

Very prompt service, samples arrived quickly. Lets you know when to expect a delivery and e.mails are sent advising you . Excellent web site , very good at narrowing down chooses.

The samples were a bit odd. One of them was Blue on the website but Green in reality, and another had a very particular pattern that included a leaf but only half the leaf was visible so we were unable to see how that fitted into the overall scheme. When paying this much for a roll, one might argue that perhaps the samples should be a bit more accurate (colour) and showing the whole pattern or the main part of the pattern anyway.
