Everything fine. Ordering easy - delivery prompt.

Delivery was not made to my home, it was left at a collection point. No reply from retailer when I questioned it. I am house bound at the moment so can’t collect.

The items I wanted were easy to find on the website. I ordered them and received immediate order confirmation by email. The 3 rolls of fabric were delivered very quickly each roll in separate packaging. The packaging was substantial for each meaning the fabric - which is velvet, was in safe pristine condition. Very pleased with the whole service.

Excellent wallpaper which looks fantastic now it's up. I was very disappointed, however, to discover I was 5 days past the returns date of 30 days (due to unforeseen delays in my decorator's availability) so I'm now left with one £80 roll of very nice wallpaper which is of no use to me. This didn't leave a good impression especially as I was about to order some more for another room. Made me think twice about using them again as they are clearly inflexible despite the superior range of wallpapers they offer.

The time it took for my order to arrive wasn’t great. Longer than suggested when I placed the order. After I reached out twice JC they started to chase the supplier for me. I would have like them to be more proactive at the beginning when there was clearly an issue. Wallpaper now arrived, looks lovely, but not up yet as missed my decoration slot due to the delays.
