iPostal1 works in conjunction with my local mailbox company to receive and notify me of mail. They notify me of new mail and can handle mail in several ways with my permission.

Please have new people at the pick up spots get more training. I have called staples in lake havasu twice to see if I had mail . She didn’t know anything. She was trying to get some to help. No help. Left my number and Name . Know call.😞

iPostal partners with Staples locations, which means you're left at the mercy of some minimum wage Staples employee to ensure timely processing of your mail. In my case Staples let my package sit in a pile for a full week after it was delivered without scanning it into my iPostal inbox. If I hadn't called Staples directly to force them to scan my package, there's no telling how long they would have just let it sit there unscanned.

They're pretty bad, I will probably return to my old service which was also not very good, but they were better than ipostal. It took a couple weeks for them to fix a mistake they made with my registration. I also hate that I can't change my email address. But, it's not like it matters much, because they don't seem to send out notices that I've received mail. I wouldn't have known my paycheck was there if I hadn't checked online. It had been there for 6 days, and they never let me know. Then, when I had them scan the check so I could deposit it, they scanned the back in a way that cut off part of the check number. VERY careless. I'd recommend you keep looking if you need a mail forwarding service.

I recently switched my mailing address to another ipostal address, and this address was so disorganized and unprofessional, they had my mail for over a week and never let me know. I had to track it via USPS just to confirm that it was delivered. Upon arrival my private mail was sitting in the open on top of a desk. The person who hands over the mail was unreachable and never answered my message or phone calls... This was a total inconvenience to say the least.

This company is great for me. I have the privacy that I want and in the same time it's some convenience because I can see in the app from my phone if I have a piece of paper from my cellphone. With the mail I have option if I want to pick it up.

I signed up solely for the business address. I just didn't know that so much else came with it. I thought that if I allowed my business mail to go there, it would probably sit for weeks before I had an opportunity to retrieve it. Then I was notified by email that I had some mail. When I clicked I was able to view a scan of the actual envelope to see that it wasn't for me at all. Not only that, I was able to communicate with a live person by text who helped me to dispose of it, all from my desk. This is great, I am so glad that I chose IPostal.

Great concept but your customer service is only as good as your Staples Center partner can staff their service counter. Mail goes unprocessed by Staples for weeks before iPostal1 customers are notified. Delays in processing mail puts your customers in financial risks with their businesses.
