I don't recommend using their services. I rented a mailbox at 3055 NW Yeon Ave, Portland, OR 97210. My package came to them with a value of $2000. iPostal said it was returned to the sender, so it was not added to my personal account. But the sender didn't get the package back. I was also not given a return track number with which the parcel was supposedly returned. iPostal refuses to help. So if you want your parcels can be stolen and not be held responsible for it - use their service. UPDATE: The answer that IPOSTAL posted here is a complete lie. My account was approved, the package was delivered. AFTER that, for some reason, the approval was removed and I was asked to re-verify. The $2000 parcel was not sent back. You did not provide me with a return track number and the sender did not receive my item. You are a company of thieves.

When I have reached out to Customer Service with an issue, the response was quick and very helpful. When I had an issue with a document not processing, they helped with an alternative route of processing and made the set-up successful and timely. The website and App are easy to navigate and I interact with your local service as well as iPostal1.

Es un absoluto desastre, me han jodido pero bien! El 19 de Agosto 2024 envíe una carta importantísima a mi Mailbox, hoy 17 de Septiembre 2024 y después de haber contactado unas 4 veces durante toda la espera, me responden diciendo que el Centro de Correo asignado a mi Mailbox ha cerrado y que mi cuenta tiene que ser reasignada. Lo más gracioso de todo es que durante las 4 veces que contacté previamente, obtuve como respuesta del agente de iPostal, "póngase en contacto con el CENTRO DE CORREO", lo hice las 4 veces, NUNCA OBTUVE RESPUESTA....

I was able to find an address for my new business in my area unlike with most other services. It's a good address that is easy enough to get to if needed. Everything was simple and easy.

I am still try to upload the 1538 form for me to receive mail. I have left messages and no one has gotten back to me yet. All my mail for the last three weeks have been returned to sender and staple says there nothing they can do about it. I am changing services and I have change it with sunbiz
