Well, Staples lost my piece of mail in Scottsdale, Arizona. It disappeared from their location after scanning it which shows it came in. That's a federal offense. They said they were going to make things right, but never did.

It was rough at the start due to one of the mail centers not doing what they were supposed to. iPostal1 corrected the issue and moved me to a different mail center which has been good so far. I would suggest everyone to look into the address/business of the mail center you are thinking about choosing before signing up. The customer service of iPostal1 has been very helpful in rectifying the situation.

Ipostal1 s a great option for mail delivery service. Works as expected. being able to see the mail items is beneficial. Would recommend as an address option when traveling overseas.

As a new client of iPostal, we are not receiving the expected service, we are not getting responses to our questions regarding the envelope reception in your offices, our virtual offices in Campbell have sent documents to iPostal, and you haven't confirmed reception. Our Offices sent the documents 3 weeks ago and we haven't heard any news.

Have been an iPostal customer since January 2024. Signing up and getting authorized with the U.S. post office was relatively simple. Our mail is consistently delivered to the Staples store we selected, BUT I need to call customer service every 6 weeks or so over billing errors. The iPostal mail tracking software is full of bugs. Numerous times, I used to App to schedule a mail pickup (as they require) and then picked up the mail on time, only to have the App continue to display items as still present in my iPostal mailbox. After 30 days, this results is erroneous mail storage charges. Also, I have found that the local Staples store struggles to deliver consistent service due to part time employees being poorly trained in iPostal procedures. For example, last month, I picked up 7 mail items. The clerk handed me all 7 items but failed to update the computer to show the items as picked up or to have me sign to confirm the pickup (which is standard protocol). I questioned the clerk, she said no update or signature was required (wrong) and so all of the picked up items remained listed in the App as present in my mailbox. Another time, I signed to pick up several mail items but the item numbers on each the actual mail items did not match thee item numbers that had been input by staff into the software. Therefore, I picked up all my mail, but the computer still showed the items as present in my iPostal mailbox. This eventually resulted in erroneous storage charges and a need to call customer service. Bottom line, while it sort of “works”, I cannot recommend this service because of the constant errors. For the price, there are better options elsewhere.

We got our first mailings today. The dashboard is easy to use & full of options to handle your mail once it arrives. Service is just as advertised! Very Happy with iPostal1!!

Mostly excellent service. The virtual mailbox is extremely useful. I have occasionally experienced slow responsiveness, and not sure if it was a technical glitch or human error, but it was a minor inconvenience. I would recommend this service.
