I am so disappointed with the level of customer service that Postal Annex in Coronado has provided me as a customer! Not only is Matt extremely rude but he needs training on Ipostal1 processes!

It is the worst service, they do not accept passport from my home country. I am providing alternate proofs and legitimacy but nothing of this was informed prior to signing up. DECEIVING SERVICE !

The company took my $25.00 notarization fee and two months of payment but never allowed my mail to arrive at the location. To me, this company is no more than a scam. The only time this company contacted me was after I stopped payment three months after auto pay with no services. It's too bad some companies won't contact you until they have to. Please find a more personal and reputable company than this one.

The staff made sure to reach out via text msg when I didn’t answer their phone calls. It was most helpful to communicate with the company on a platform that was most comfortable for myself and that still allowed the issue to be resolved quickly and effectively without ever having to verbally speak to anyone.

Setting up the postal box is extremely difficult with filling out the USPS form (required) with the proof of identity and uploading documents. Once your mailbox is operational, the fees for opening and scanning your mail are atrocious. This is something that isn’t disclosed prior to setting up your mailbox. Definitely don’t recommend!!!

After so many positive reviews I tried setting up the service. However they lost all my documents twice and wanted me to keep sending them. These kinds of experiences make ppl ok with paying more money to an actual post office

A dollar to simply store every package is insane! What’s the point of paying for the mailbox if I’m charged $1 for every single package? And then the notary fee of $25 per person on the account in the beginning via the USPS form. So much money grabbing it’s ridiculous. Still cheaper than a P.O. Box but not by too much though.

I would give it 5 stars because now that I finally got it working it’s fabulous. However, if you are new to virtual mailboxes - BE PATIENT… it’s worth it. The process of getting started took about 3 weeks for me from the time I signed up and made my first payment until I finally got mail delivered to my PO Box due to my verification of Identity getting lost or mixed up after I was verified by the online notary. If you are using an iPostal at a Staples please be patient, it’s not iPostal’s fault but many of the employees aren’t well trained on the process and get flustered or even unprofessional when they have to process your mail…. That’s a Staples issue but if you’re like me and you live in a Rural area there aren’t any other options to receive your iPostal mail than Staples.

These people are probably the laziest mail service provider I've ever encountered. I had package delivered last week and it still hasn't been uploaded onto my dashboard for me to request a task. I hope this company goes out of business in the future.

This is a wonderful facility. We used them last year as well. It is nice to know your mail is safe. Shoutout to the staff. Everyone is so nice, friendly and accommodating.
