Updated: This service is giving only headaches! Initially they messed with paperwork and I had to waste a huge part of my time to deal with this. Issue was solved. Then, without my approval even despite I stated that I do not want my mail to be re-sent anywhere, they, guess what? yes, resent my mail to some address and even charged for these. By doing this they probably lost my mail. Issue is still not resolved - their support team is almost impossible to reach. Service is very poor and all the time requires your attention to deal with their incompetency and poor processes. Thought you would prefer it just to be doing its job and not stealing your time, attention and money.

You’re charging me monthly to have the mailbox and also separately overcharging to have it sent to my address. It’s unrealistic and false advertising for me to do this method long term.

Shavonna was very nice and seemed to know what she was doing. No problem with her. But this service, overall, is not working well for me. I don't believe I'm getting all my mail and an item I requested to be scanned, shows that it was scanned, but there is no link to look at it. I have 2 open tickets now. 1513672 and 1522974

I’ve been trying to add another user to my account for over 6 months, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Every time I reach out, I get a completely different answer. To make matters worse, they outright ignored my notarized document, which is absolutely unacceptable. Their arrangement with Staples? A total joke. The service is dismal and reflects poorly on both companies. It seems like they only care about keeping their customers happy in the beginning. Once you’re locked in, good luck getting any competent support. I’ve been stuck with them for a few years now, and I’m dying to leave. The only issue is finding another provider who is at least competent. Not great, just competent would do at this point. Save yourself the headache—don’t sign up

David went above and beyond in his effort to solve this unusual problem. An email from someone "Ipostal1" was sent to my wife at an email account once opened for her by our Internet provider many years ago. I recieved a copy of the notice it was undeliverable due to no such email address. We never gave that email address to Ipostal1.

For my first pick up I didn’t know what to do or expect, but after leaving a voice mail I got a return call from my pick up location and the representative was very helpful. The same gentleman was at the front desk when I arrived and helped me haul my package (which was bigger than expected) to the lobby and waited with it while I got my car a few blocks away.
