The company is slow to process requests. The stores are slow to execute shipping requests. You should expect a 72 to 96-hour delay between your request for a received document or package to be actually shipped to you, regardless of the level of shipping selected. I was very disappointed especially considering how much everything costs. If you are expecting prompt service you will be very disappointed.
The stupidity of not being able to fill out the forms at the Staples area to do it with the eye postal one setup or at any I postal one set up you have to do it online is stupid and you have to change that because that is the dumbest setup you've ever done
This is a great company to use if you need a business address aside from your residential address for those running a business from home! It has a great interface that’s user friendly.

Awful customer service. No follow up when they said they would - numerous times. We were without mail for over a month. We have been overcharged for a month of service we never used. We were charged for numerous Notary fees and yet to be reimbursed. Very poor service
The process to set up the mailbox was difficult and expensive. There was no support for filling out the confusing forms that were apparently required by the postal service. The notary process was a pain. I have sent letters to the address, but none have shown up yet. This may turn out to be a good experience, but at this point I cannot recommend it.
Had an issue with the creation of a new account and some of the documents that needed to be completed. The person on the support team was able to quickly answer my question.
Ipostal touts they are in charge but contract with local resources they don't share full info with While the local provider is trying I am worried about this long term

stop billing me for unsuccessful notarization stop making me go thru you to edit the document. Huge confusion over who works for who. massive deception of a " real physical address" still just another PO box that I cannot receive any medication from. Your response is awful. I'm aware of the USPS requirements. You can see that every year since 2022 I have fulfilled them. Disclose your financial relationship with the notarization company and the cost associated with it before signing up. Stop advertising your $99 yearly price for anything more but get another CMR.
