I have only used it as a mailing address for my newsletter at this point.

So far things are working fairly well inside the vendor. It's the outside deliveries that tend to be problematic but everyone has issues with Amazon shippers so that's not surprising. The manager for the area at my store is always on top of things and super helpful. I recently added another person to the account and it seems to have been successful. There were some administrative hiccups with the process, but hopefully some of the feedback I gave will help improve the process.

Great service. Very secure system i just hope one day DMV takes it as proof for real id verification. Honestly this service is more verifiable then a physical address.

I'm satisfied with their services. With the address they provided me, I could form my company as a non-US resident. When I had an issue with one of my packages, the customer service immediately solved my problem. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants an easy way to handle packages and take advantage of the benefits of an address.

I received my first piece of mail. this was a good experience, very excited. since i am very familiar with the processing of mail in general, the only thing i would suggest is: instead of having a ship icon with a truck, I would add a mail icon with a letter to distinguish between shipping packages and mailing parcel.

They took payment from me for the mailbox, sold me a 5-pack scanning package to scan incoming mail, then refused to scan the incoming shipment (the incoming product was a software product purchased from Amazon, so there was no legal problem) and then the package disappeared.

I subscribed to their service two months ago, but they never reviewed my notarized form. Since I never used their mailbox due to this, I decided to cancel the service. However, they are refusing to refund my money. I submitted a support ticket to iPostal1, but they ignored my request. This is a terrible service, and I will be reporting the company to the relevant authorities for fraud.

I value the ability to monitor my PO Box remotely, and to know I will be notified when mail does come. Also, it is nice to be able to decide on an action for whatever might be in my inbox… Again, remotely.
