I'm extremely upset at the fact that I went to pick up mail and discovered that someone else has the same email address as me. Noone was there to assist me with that problem and I was told to come back into the store to speak to the person in charge. Noone bothered to take my information regarding such a serious concern to reach out to me. I can not afford to switch my address for my business due to the cost. This address is being used temporarily for my trucking business and its way too much red tape to change it now considering my business just went independent using this address. I'm highly upset!!! I would not recommend this service to anyone because I don't know how you can take my $$ for an address but sell it to someone else.

I can't get anyone to help me. Im being charged for extra storage because I can't process purchasing bundles to cover things I want to keep, therefore they charge for overtime of storage.

Terrible experience. Not sure if I trust almost any of these positive reviews. Got a mailbox to receive business mail from customers roughly two months ago. Sent $5,000 on marketing mailers last week which customers mail in documents of interest to this site throughout the year. Also set up a bunch of business accounts to be mailed here. Received an email two days ago at 5am saying I had to change my po address within 12days as the P.O. Box is closing. That is ridiculous short noticed if you are running a business. Not only that they are accessing ANOTHER $25 notary fee for a new PO or option of going into a specific store of their choosing which is ridiculously far away (funny how they don’t allow you to go get document notarized physically anymore but allow themselves the luxury, then reference in other’s complaints about not allowing physical notarization that they change policy that you MUST digitally notarize). Also why would we need a service that scans/forwards our mail if we live in the area? This appears to be intentional money grab with no customer understanding for business owners. It is not our fault that you sell business addresses but don’t confirm your distributors lease or solvency. Like you didn’t know two months ago this could potentially happen. I requested a refund or immediate response as we cannot afford to be put further marketing on hold and have hours worth of work changing address on accounts because of this. They offered to forward mail short term to new location which any business owner who sends marketing knows customers returning mail can come in 6+ months down the road at which time they will almost surely no longer be forwarding mail. So lost all this business, thousands of dollars in marketing, have to pay ANOTHER $25, get ONLY 10 business day notice, don’t get response from customer service (funny how little notice they provide then take days to respond even if they do) and I don’t even trust it’ll be forwarded after dealing with this company. Takes them days to respond after a serious time sensitive request (still haven’t heard anything after multiple times reaching out) but they surely respond less than 24 hours to negative reviews on this site. See where their focus is; not on customer service/experience, rather on mitigating fallout of their terrible customer service, planning, and horrible user interface. They also will give you hardly no notice when closing your BUSINESS address (less than 10 business days) then will recharge you for fees you already paid because their lack of verification of their distributors. Unless you want to risk abruptly losing your business address that you set up all your business accounts to and receiving important documents/customer mailings, repaying notary fees for their incompetence, abruptly closing your PO Box with very little to no reasonable notice, having customer service that doesn’t respond for days, I highly suggest to go with one of the many better options out there. Don’t believe me, refer to their BBB reviews and there is a clear reoccurrence of this company’s terrible way they conduct business.

So far so good. I received my first notification of two documents. I was able to see who they were from and have the option to forward to my physical address or destroy. I'm waiting for another important document before having my items forwarded to me in bulk to save on shipping costs.

I was not informed of a certified letter that was received at the site, nor was it uploaded to my mailbox. I ended up missing the timeframe indicated on the letter.
