After a wobbly handover when the company became Intercounty a few years ago, they have become an efficient , easy to deal with, letting agency that always get us decent tenants. Intercounty keep us informed in changes to the law, maintenance problems and any issues with the tenancy. After discussion they then deal with any issues or problems accordingly.
Very good company. Wanted us to rent through them and made a good effort. Compared to other companies in Stortford they were much more helpful and on the ball and kept us updated with everything throughout.
Absolutely amazing service! As a buyer of a property they listed, Meg was always available and always called back promptly when busy. I'm surprised she didn't get annoyed from me constantly badgering her about updates, she was honest, friendly, and gave lots of advice which was way out of her remit. A benchmark for all agents!

Stansted essex office are all very helpful. I would like to mention Sarah especially as she could not have been more helpful and polite, also Sue for helping with the mortgage. Both are excellent.
Nice people to deal with and they were the agents who were first to find us a tenant, but the management fees are the highest percentage we have come across and we are having to chase for them to complete services offered and requested well before check in date, which is complicating matters relating to changeover of utilities.

Very happy that I chose Intercounty to handle the sale of my house. Sales progressor Doug worked tirelessly to achieve a sale at the asking price, putting in a great deal of effort to overcome difficulties on the buyers’ side. Intercounty handled the sale of my property with enthusiasm and professionalism. The communication throughout could not be faulted and Doug, Helen and Bob in particular were a pleasure to deal with. We have received abysmal service from a supposedly large company for our sale, and only wished we'd known of Intercounty before. Definitely use this branch!
