We decided to go with Intercounty even though even though they weren't the cheapest option. What a great decision! The whole team listened to our story and concerns and ideas. Just bought a house, and couldn't be happier with the whole process from the B/S Intercounty Estate Agents team. From viewing with Jack Wilkinson to discussing the particulars with Olivia Vanlint and then progressing the sale with Doug Whybrow, they were the loveliest, friendliest people to deal with. They sorted out everything, answered all questions and made the process not feel scary at all...which it usually is for first-time buyers! Having dealt with previous Estate/Letting Agents before coming to Intercounty, I would thoroughly recommend Intercounty for their knowledge, help, advice and just being utterly nice. Definitely need more of that in the world! :)

Would 100% recommend using Intercounty for sale and rental properties. I have purchased a house, sold a house and rented a house through Intercounty and am very pleased with the service received. All employees are particularly friendly and very helpful. Andrew Kershaw and Jenny dealt with each case very professionally.
