Very humane way of dealing with their clients - friendly, not at all patronising, patient, efficient and honest.
I'm from Texas, so the agencies here are very different for me. They did what was needed for us to get the rental, however, our landlady doesn't do electronic signature so we had to come into the office and do the paperwork all over again. You would think they should know what their client prefers. Additionally, the third party inspectors they hired to look at the house before we moved in made a lot of mistakes on the inspection report. So it was a lot of faph, but in the end, we got the rental and have moved in.
I've rented twice through Intercounty and have always found them to have a friendly, professional approach. I would definitely recommend them.

We sold a property with Intercounty. The service from Intercounty would have been fine except they recommended a connected company firm of solicitors called Premier Property Lawyers to the buyers. Premier Property Lawyers were inefficient in particular suffering from a lack of coordination and frequently loosing correspondence. To avoid a repeat of this stress we are unlikely to use Intercounty again.
Generally okay, but make extra charges for lots of things, including an annual admin fee simply for "dealing" with deposits - that are held in an independent scheme.
We have been with Intercounty for over 18 Months now, they are professional and any Problems are dealt with straight Away.
Excellent service- Laura Kenealy was proactive from the word go, suggesting a rental property to us and guiding us through the process. The VanMildert online reference system worked well. Very smooth.
