This is a good agency
Estate agents are ok, good communication. Lettings - as a landlord I wouldn’t bother paying the extra to have them check your property as not convinced they actually do by the way mine was left in, trying to get some deposit back for cleaning and repairs was stressful, very much on the tenants side and not the landlords!!
From the moment we interacted with the agents at Intercounty I knew they would be the ones we would find our perfect home through. They were very proactive in suggesting suitable properties that matched our search criteria ahead of being publicly listed. Since having our offer accepted they have been very efficient in moving things forward and a pleasure to deal with, answering all our queries promptly. Nothing seems too much hassle. Thank you! I have been dealing with Intercounty for many years , both for sales and rental . I have found them to be very professional and extremely helpful with all aspects of sales and letting . In particular Doug Whybrow on sales has been amazing , he kept me updated on the progress of the sale constantly ( it was a slow one ) but he did all the necessary chasing all the time . Very friendly guy to deal with also , so full marks to him . Julia Samson in rentals has also been very good at her job , I found her to be very professional in all my dealings with her . So I would thoroughly recommend Intercounty for any sale or let .
I'm giving 5 stars purely for the excellent service and communication that I have received from Kathryn Keats throughout my tenancy. She has always been on hand when I've needed help and/or to communicate with my landlord through her. She has been fantastic

I have used Intercounty for renting out my property for a number of years now. The Management staff have, on the whole, been very good. Professional, helpful and courteous, particularly Dimple Johal, whom I could not fault and has gone above and beyond her job description. On selling my property the whole team were very professional and Doug Whybrow was fantastic helping move things along and assuring me daily in a professional but friendly manner. He nagged when I asked him to. He chased when I asked him to and even let me rant and moan proving to be a sympathetic ear. I hope he is appreciated and is given a pay rise in due course!
