Right from the start I was impressed with Intercounty, which is why I chose them to sell a property for me. Andrew Kershaw valued the property and suggested the way forward (due to the type of house it was) would be an 'Open House'. The open house was held 13 days after the property went on the market and we received two firm offers. We accepted one of the offers and from there it was as straightforward as any house sale can be. I had contact with several member of the team at Intercounty and they were all friendly and professional.

I am all new to renting privately, and I was starting to feel like I was asking too much with other estate agents. I saw a property I. The Hertfordshire area and I was called back by Hannah and she was excellent she gave me information that other estate agents did not previously given me, however something went wrong and I did not receive a callback so I decided to call back the office and was put through to George and he’s been amazing to the point now I will now only be dealing with intercounty estate agents. He’s kept his promise and called me back with information I requested and he’s so polite and professional thank you so much and I’m hoping to be renting with them soon.

Intercounty were excellent when selling our house late in 2018. We switched agents after struggling to get the right sale for a number of months but Rosanna at Intercounty managed to get it sold within a couple of weeks. She was courteous and professional and got the sale done with the minimum of fuss. Would definitely recommend Intercounty as an agent.
