The black cartridge in the pack I ordered did not work. I followed all the troubleshooting advice given and sent a lengthy email with photos explaining the issues. I'm annoyed at wasting my money but more disappointed that Ink Factory didn't have the courtesy to respond to my email. The promises and guarantees on their website are sadly empty ones. A shame.
