I've used Ink Factory inks for a number of years and find them as good as Epson ( my printer) inks for a fraction of their prices.
Always depend on ink factory for getting it right, they tell you what you had previously so I don’t have to search for what ink I need for my printer
Initially I only received one out of the two packages I was expecting. It was only after repeated emails and a couple of phone calls that I eventually received my complete order. Whilst I am very satisfied with the cartridges, the delivery service wasn't very good.
