Easy to order fast delivery and good product.
Ordered two complete sets of ink cartridge for an HP Photosmart 7520 (364XL cartridges). Installed one cartridge and printer displayed an error "There is a problem with the printer or ink system." Tried to contact Ink Factory via phone and no answer, after two emails I received a full refund.
