We'd been very happy with our Industville lighting for the kitchen and outside but then one of the outside lights failed. We contacted Industville and they quickly resolved the issue and sent a replacement lamp.

The option was there to repeat the order, ensuring I received the correct bulbs with the correct fittings. Fast and efficient dispatch and delivery of my order. Had a slight problem with a bulb and I emailed their customer services who immediately replied and replaced the bulb. The customer service (a lady called Lorraine) is excellent, fast to resolve any problems and very friendly . I highly recommend them and will definitely purchase from them again. Lovely Lights. Website was easy to use. Bought 4 different lights in the Brooklyn style. They look lovely, came very well packaged and they are very good quality. I did have to return the bulbs, the fitting was correct but the size of the bulbs was huge. Returning was very easy. would defintely buy more from here
One of my light shades was faulty and with a quick email a replaced was sent with two days.

I opted for Industville lights after reading poor reviews for a cheaper version I had been considering. The lights have just been installed by my builder, who was very complimentary about the quality. They also look great on our renovated barn.

The customer service was great but when the light arrived it was really badly finished and for the price I would have expected a much better finish. The glass light was in four quarters and had not been joined together properly giving the bottom edge an uneven finish. Also the quarters were ‘welded’ together scruffily. I’ve boxed it up ready to send back. I’m so disappointed as it would have been perfect for my home but it looks cheap.
