Quality company selling quality items. I bought some bulkhead lights which arrived very well packaged within 3 days of ordering. Unfortunately was sent the wrong colour, but was surprised by the quality of the lamp casting and finish. Called custom service, got through straight away to a very polite and helpful person. Explained their mistake for which they profusely apologised and she arranged for the courier to deliver the correct lamps as well at taking the unwanted ones away. 2 days later this was done. Checking the correct lamps the quality was as good as before. Very well pleased with the experience, it seems this is a rare company that actually does sell good quality items but most importantly can back up their products with a quick, polite and efficient customer support. Will happily buy from them again.

Amazing service as always from Industville. We’ve had lights from them before & were so happy with the lights & their customer service we ordered some more. They arrived quickly & we love them. We haven’t put them up yet as they are going on the outside of our garden cabin & we haven’t finished it yet.
Good service
Product returned because it was unsuitable for me. However still 5 stars because Industville are, and have always been, a pleasure to deal with. Returns process was simple, label was pre-printed, they responded to email promptly and intercepted another package en-route so that I didn’t even have a need to return it. IMO a great example of how these things _should_ happen.
