It’s a new and risky business idea, but brilliantly executed and I’m glad to see them still going strong. I’ve been a regular at Imbesharam since it’s inception. While the products are a bit on the higher end of the price scale, they are of excellent quality and durability. The packaging is amazing and the entire process is quite smooth. Customer service is also impeccable and they’re very accommodating and patient and make you feel genuinely valued. The only issue is since their orders ship in from outside the country, there are times that the items you ordered might not be available but despite that they do try to get you the item you ordered or at least mail you and offer you alternatives. Their website could be a bit more up to date and I think their online tracking process could be a bit more efficient but apart from that everything else was perfect, and those are very minor inconveniences. Keep up the good work!

IMB guys or IMB is one of those websites with whom I prefer doing shopping of personal and adult care products, There Service is awesome, They have most of the brands covered. Since its an honest review, So I must mention one flaw here which I feel( Since being quite tech-savvy) That is their Chat Plugin called FRESHCHAT, This chat gets lost or refreshed whenever you go to new page or transit among the pages, I meant sometimes it annoys a lot, I believe Live chat is the best chat plugin, At least 10 times better than Freshchat, I am quite sure, If they ever conduct an internal survey about using this fresh chat while surfing through Website and lot of pages, They will come to know what am referring to, I bet 8/10 volunteer will get annoyed after using Freshchat. But coming back to their service, IMB support is really improved ever since this person name Sanjana took charge of support, Earlier on, Support was 7/10, But now it's a big ten.
