I had my doubts regarding ordering from this store. But seeing a lot of people endorsing this company gave me some confidence to go ahead and place an order. After I had a long delay in getting my order shipped from US, I was tired of writing emails to them. Thankfully, they do take ownership of their responsibility and respond very calmly and quickly. They did compensate by providing me with the choice to place an order worth the price I paid +15% more. I am awaiting the delivery now. I am hoping it would reach soon as they promise and that the product would be satisfactory. I feel that since they have grown their market in the last three months by doing multiple giveaways and prices, they must also be trained to deal with issues at customs. They also have a broken tracking link at their website. And they send a FedEx tracking link, only if you ask. I suggest the company may please have more transparency in the shipping process. Or be prepared to provide all the customers with an email update once a week, if the company is experiencing issues with customs. It's really an exhausting process to keep waiting not knowing when your product will arrive, especially when you live alone and you have no one to receive the delivery. Thankfully, they do allow you to change your delivery address before shipping the product. But I can't stress the number of times lack of communication from the company causes a lot of disappointment. I must say that if the company has been running as the best adult product store for the last 7 years then they must be more transparent than this.

There were some delays initially as the product I ordered had to ship from US warehouse. But after raising issue with the company, they upgraded it to a Higher version, that was almost doubled the amount of original product and got it delivered the next day. They negated all delay in supply chain (that was obviously due to Covid situation) in one shot. Products are of such high grade quality, and such a discrete delivery experience. This is the only brand that you can trust blindly wrt quality and customer service and best in this segment.

Really fast response time and Great help in not just queries but also personalized suggestions. Talked with Anya in customer support (not sure if that's the real name), she was really helpful and understanding of all my doubts. I even bothered her with tons of questions but still got patient answers for all of them. They're doing everything they can to make this a good customer experience, especially in India where this is such a taboo topic. Will shop again.

I have made couple of orders from imbesharam so far. The site is legitimate. Both the orders had timely delivery, packaging was discreet and the products were genuine. Despite lockdown, my recent product delivery was smooth and customer care was very attentive. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with the site and it is one of very few genuine sites to buy adult toys in India. I only wish they increase their collection and provide more choices.
