My product was getting delayed in shipping from overseas due to covid-19 ; so the team got in touch with me, I didn't have to approach them. They offered me alternative products which would be delivered within 3-5 days. Or i could stick with my original product but it would take time. I understand the delay in shipping due to the virus and very impressed with their support team.

I had a billing issue where amount was deducted but order wasnt placed due to technical issue. The customer support team was proactive and professional and resolved the issue in a jiffy. Very prompt and polite and courteous customer service. Quick replies and clear instructions on how they were gonna move fwd. Felt like they were really replying and it was not just a bot. Plus they were very patient. And I appreciate the systematic approach of trying to troubleshoot. They obviously observed my video v carefully to figure what I was doing wrong.
