Good customer experience right from the website to delivery. One of my best experiences with customer support here. The products i ordered happened to go out if stock due to some issue but the support team was prompt to resolve all problems regarding my order. All the products i have ordered so far have been genuine and packaged discretely with sufficient protection with bubble wrap. Highly recommended.

This was my first experience with the website. The products are a little pricey but 100% genuine and dependable. Fast delivery and prompt, polite customer care. I opted to self-pickup some products from the courier office but they were delivered by mistake, thus I took off one star.

The product I was searching was not available on the website. I got in touch with Customer service and they created a Custom order for me based on the product I was searching. I sent them the product pictures from the internet and the team handed the rest. IMB is truly taking customer service to a new level!!
I had placed an ordered based on availability at Indian warehouse, but 2 days later I was informed that the product was not available at the Indian warehouse anymore and would be arriving from US, a month later there was no update on the order, then I mailed them and they provided a swift resolution, I think some effort from their side is needed to communicate with customers and update then regarding their orders.

Ordered an item. Out of stock, they emailed to let me know, gave me a list of substitutes. i don’t have time to change my order manually, i just asked them to do it from their end, and it’s done. Can’t ask for too much more. Maybe less delays since i’ve been waiting 2 weeks already.
We had one of our deliveries returned by the courier since we were unavailable at the time of delivery during the lockdown. The support team was patient enough to respond to us, follow up on the return and arrange to resend the package, all while remaining courteous.

I ordered a product. At the time of placing the order, estimated time for delivery was 15 days as it had to be imported from USA. But luckily I got it in less than 10 days. I am very much satisfied with their service and products are 100% genuine. Will shop again definitely.
