I specially ordered from imbesharam because I wanted a pickup facility , but when my order reached my nearest hub I was notified by Bluedart that pickup isn't available so the order was directly delivered to my home after asking for my address. Prices are also quite higher for the same products as compared to other sites

Most of the good products are out of stock and their team tries to sell you unwanted garbage products at excessively higher rates. So, if at all you are buying from their website, don't take their chat support for selecting products.

Toy didn't work because batteries were drained out, and i might have damaged it while trying to figure out what was wrong. Disappointed because all my other purchases from here have been good. It is kudos to the fact that they immediately offered to replace it and help resolve the situation satisfactorily . When dealing with such a sensitive issue.
