The service was great and the installation successful. Im marking it down a point as the date that showed as available (and the reason I went with this company) was not available in the end and I had to wait another few days for an available engineer. The communication was misleading and the engineer cancelled the day before, although they were quick to find another one available.

Our engineer was very polite, punctual and offered us advice on our future needs.

I was dreading sorting a new boiler, iHeat made it easy. Fill in a form online they come back with some suggestions at different budgets. I then found some independent reviews on some of the suggestions and booked for it to be installed 3 days later. Engineer came in the morning and did the replacement in the day. Everything left tidy and he linked the new boiler to the Smart heating that was already there. Done and dusted in 3 days at a super competitive price.

From the start our experience has been excellent, we had a back boiler removed and a combi installed. Sean our engineer, explained everything he was doing and did an excellent job without any mess. He explained how the boiler worked after the install and took away all the rubbish, back boiler and old tank. We had a query and the aftercare at iheat was excellent too. We had been putting off having a new boiler, as we had heard some horror stories removing back boilers, if we had known how efficient iheat and the engineer were, we would have had it down before. A big thank you again to all concerned and would highly recommend iheat.

On the day of the installation, the engineer Thomas arrived on time and was both efficient and incredibly polite. He worked diligently, demonstrating a high level of expertise throughout the installation process. I appreciated how he took the time to address any additional questions I had along the way, making sure I felt comfortable with everything that was happening. One of the most impressive aspects was how tidy the engineer left everything once the job was complete. He cleaned up all the pipework and tanks etc meticulously, and everything was neat and organized, ready for immediate use. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the boiler installation and would highly recommend IHeat to anyone in need.
