Easy to follow
I found the process very interesting and thought provoking.
Straight forward and easy to follow. The ability to start, stop and resume makes it easier to fit in around other work. You do however need to listen and concentrate which is not necessarily easy in an open plan office environment.

The modules are thorough and informative however quite long and time consuming.
