I was able to fit the learning in between my everyday tasks... it was only 60mins long, but for some reason being half term I just couldn’t find an hour to myself, so I did the reading and listening on the bus, whilst shopping etc. I loved that it saved my progress so I didn’t have to restart from the beginning each time. I feel a lot more confident about my food handling and preparation skills.

The use of subtitled media clips were very good, and the ability to go back and check was also useful. Additional information that can be accessed is a good opportunity to add to prior knowledge. The risk assessment was excellent, as it enable me to make an informed assessment of my work station.

well presented with practical content. I like the regular reminder about 'at the desk' posture even during the course. course is covering all the aspects of office work.

Very good video presentation, easy to follow presenter and I liked the dip in links with more information. Also liked the unhurried style so that you can learn at your pace without pressure and feel that you can get to grips with the important content. Much better than the PowerPoint training we have presented in school each year.

Each section in depth descriptions and short videos, easy to use and follow, and test at the end is very good, great price and a qualifying certificate at the end which can easily be printed off, fast and efficient, was very pleased with the course from start to finish.

The course was easy to follow and the information was concise and easy to understand. Each short video was engaging and to the point. It was also summarised effectively. The way the course was structured allowed plenty of scope for breaks, thereby suitable for a wide audience with various needs and demands on their time. In essence, it gets the essential information across very effectively.
