The course is relatively quick yet very informative and clearly laid out with nice short video clips and a brief overview at the end.The course can be stopped and picked up where left off at any time and this is straightforward and user friendly. Overall a great course.

The course really made me think about how to set up my work area. I do have a place where I work already and the course has allowed me to see that I should make a few changes to the space. I now feel well-informed and confident that i can make my work space safer and more ergonomic, thereby making me more efficient and comfortable.

It was a good informative coarse but I would like to let people know if you complete the coarse on you phone be very careful when selecting your answer I got 1 question wrong this was because I caught the wrong answer with my thumb as was about to answer the question correctly so I am a bit gutted about that but overall very good
Competitively priced but more important the service after has always been so accommodating and warm, definitely recommend them, you won’t be disappointed
It reminds us of best practice. When using equipment it is easy to forget to take time to make sure your equipment is at the correct height/angle and to take breaks and move your position so that you do not put strain on your eyes/body.
