Fantastic - and I never thought I'd say that about any GDPR-related material! It's informative, succinct, divided in a logical fashion and easy to digest. I highly commend the choice of the presenter as her voice contributes to the overall success because it's pleasant to listen to and helps to maintain focus. I am absolutely impressed!
This course was informative but maybe a little bit simplistic. It would be beneficial to employees to recognise the outward behaviour of friends/family/colleagues and know how best to handle the situation if faced with it. Those that suffer with depression/anxiety and other mental health issues may appear standoffish, rude, dismissive of people, when that is not what mean at all. Sufferers may also be overly exuberant at times and that can be equally tough to deal with. Otherwise, this was a good course!
Incredibly dull and slow paced, with no way to speed it up. The net result is you become utterly bored and disengaged, absolutely the opposite of what's intended. Avoid if you can and buy something better!

Well presented and personable. Great ideas with 'checklists' indicators to prevent stress issues becoming overwhelming and simple tools to manage our day to day work and personal life.
I found the course very informative. I like that there are links on the different subjects, enabling you to find our further information if needed. The presenters are clear and easy to understand.
It is very important to review our fire awareness at work. This training is thorough and covers all the important elements that we need to be aware of to keep ourselves safe from fire & to know what to do in the event of a fire.
This is an extremely patronising training, the woman presenting is very patronising and the language they use is very childish. As someone who is actively already challenging negative biases and embraces diversity it felt like it didn't give anything new and is more for someone totally unaware of biases, and who has a lot of them. It gave you no strategies to actually reduce bias and was extremely generic. Great training for employers who are looking to do a tick box exercise to say their team have been trained on 'unconscious bias'. Completely useless if you actually want a training that will lead to change in your workplace and amongst your team members. Do not waste your time.
This course is simple, engaging but effective. The use of short snappy videos keep you engaged and the quiz at the end ensures you learn what you need to. Everything is explained in simple language and made clear and relatable.
Very easy to follow. very clear explanations. covers all aspects of food allergies. Having a child that had a food allergy (since outgrown) I found this course brilliant in everything that it covered. Even has a first aid section. Very well done.

This course was very informative and detailed, but also easy to follow and absorb the information required. I feel confident in returning to my school with the knowledge gained from carrying out this course.
It's a good reminder of how you should look after yourself when using display screens; it's a bit off putting seeing there are 45 slides to go through but they are short and quick to go through and you get a certificate at the end
My first time of using this system, I think is far better than others I have tried in the past, would definitely recommend
