A good course. clearly presented and well explained. A bit long, so could have been done more concisely but as said otherwise "did the job!".👍🙏

This course was informative, gave concise information and held my concentration. I appreciated the graphics and that whole sentences were on the screen at the same time of being spoken. The presentation was good and clear and without background noise and other distraction. The presenter was engaging. The examples given helped me to understand the topic better. The test at the end was relevant to the subject and without unnecessary questions to deliberately bring down the score.

I found this module easy to understand and the pace at which this was delivered was just right.

A straight-to-the-point course, very comprehensive, easy to understand, clever choice of presenters. At times a bit repetitive, but it's a lot to take in and it helps to remember these things. The lean visual layout without any distractions (neutral and calm background, showing only a set of relevant objects at a time) helps the viewer to focus on the course content only. Liked the little summary at the end of each video snippet, good for a quick self-check. Altogether a really good educational resource.

It was easy to follow and it didn't drag, the short videos kept my attention and made it easier to complete. It was very informative and helpful.

The course takes quite a long time to get through, even in one session. The time estimated is much shorter than the time it actually took. However, the course is very comprehensive and understandable. The added resources are also useful to be able to consult.

Really enjoyed completing this course - thank you. What's missing? I'd say the huge impact that social media has on our mental health - it's use - mis-use and addictiveness is the elephant in the room. Secondly, the course emphasises talking and sharing with colleagues re mental health, however there is a downside that I have experienced in my long working life (45+years); we become vulnerable, so what we shared can be used against us.

The course on quite a dry and complex topic, was broken down well and explained clearly . User friendly too as it allows you to pause, replay the videos and offers transcripts too.

Quick & Easy Fire Warden Training - Easy, Clear and to the point. Perfect length of course, kept me engaged without being overly complicated. Short Summarises at the end of each section were very useful to embed and use as take-away notes.

Enlightening. The course helps us to examine and question different kinds of unconscious biases we may have, in a helpful way There are exercises such as listening to voices and noticing what assumptions we automatically make. It also encourages us to notice who we feel positive/negative towards and work out what factors are in play, and to consider our own unconscious micro-behaviours towards colleagues. What a shame there is no certificate to download as there is for other courses.
