This company is a complete joke !! You upload information for them Credit Cards etc and then you cannot access the info you uploaded or their reps are too incompetent to show you. That is scary. Now for over 2 days and I cannot even log in to my account. The screen just buffers. The reps are ABSOLUTLY useless!! They lie and say they will call back and never do. After well over an hour wasted with two inept people I asked for a Supervisor. THERE IS NONE !!! Finally one guy said he could only have the Supervisor call me back today at 11am - It is 7pm now and no call. I am reporting them to the BBB where I see they already have a bad rating. Now I know why !!

Good luck ever getting this scam of a company to remove your account. I mistakenly opted into this service because my company paid for it. Right after signing up, the spam emails started flowing in, and right away, I tried to cancel my account. Nope. Here we are 6+ months later, 5+ calls to their customer service, and I'm still receiving emails from them about my credit score or other spam! Here's what will happen next: someone from their company will respond with a canned response that includes them saying to call their 800 number; after that, I will call, and nothing will happen. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE

I was a paying costumer for years, with a family plan. The one time I has the misfortune of having a serious breach ID Force failed miserably. All my accounts were hacked. For about two weeks I had to change passwords, close accounts, file claims with vendors, etc. I never received one notification from ID Force. Worst than that when I called to get the story. I was put on hold, referred to other departments, promised callbacks, on and on. I was giving a “case number” and several names “specialty agents” , all who promised to get back to me –never did- till this day. I finally just decided not to renew my service. A waste of money, years of payments, and the most I ever got for my money was emails alerting me to sex offender within 20 miles of me.

I have called them twice about an issue to add my wife. The customer rep keeps saying they have a backlog and somebody will call me back in 24-48 hours. No one called me back and there is no way to talk to a manager. I even emailed their customer service who has not responded back to me in 7 business days. Their website still points to Sontiq. This is such a terrible setup.

I read about identity force in a retirement magazine from the office of personal management.I felt comfortable with their annual fee and I have a sense of confidence having them monitor me. I highly recommend Identity Force.

Signed up for a 30 day free trial, but woke up the next day to find out I had been charged for a month of the service. My bank account is now overdrawn thanks to this scam of a business. EDIT: Called customer service and was promised that the billing department would call me back that afternoon. I haven’t heard from them at all. The customer service agent said that it was probably just a 24hr authorization hold and would go away, but it’s been over 48hr and it’s still there. Do not trust this company.

McAfee caught my information had been hacked and posted on the Dark Web and you didn’t even notice that I was hacked! Not a very good feeling about your capabilities.

I am in the process of updating all my information. I am just so delighted to have professional people possibly going to help me if I got spammed or lose my wallet. I think the information I am putting into the app will be invaluable to make myself whole again and with help - I'm so thankful.

My experience is relying on Identity Force) to keep me from those who try to crash my computer with their rotten, illegal and harmful ways has been very good. So far, I am at ease when I boot my computer.

Insurance for Identity theft and not just a "guarantee" that others offer. Their insurance company that protects the clients are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Also, the many features Identity Force offers are better than its competitors.

A check got whitewashed, drained some of our account without our knowledge or your knowledge. No protection and no notice from you. We've cancelled our service with you...

Satisfied overall. Recent changes that are not being addressed is concerning. Daily alerts are no longer listed in chronological order on the webpage. Also, the regular alerts are being sent 3-4 days AFTER the event.

I found out my phone number was on the dark net through another protection service. We were getting calls and texts regarding this breech. When I called IF I was told they did not catch this and could not tell me why. Will not renew this service, going with a reliable co.
