Edit: March 1st Finally received a call. Representative said they will look into it, and send me an email once resolved. We’ll see. I did appreciate the call though, even though it took a week. ——————- I recently signed up, and should have read and believed the warnings. The site is glitchy. I can’t connect my bank account, so it can be monitored. I’ve emailed customer service twice now, with no response; first email being sent on Monday, second yesterday morning. If a site isn’t functional, and I can’t get anyone to respond, it’s doubtful that I should be able to trust the company to protect me. Sickening. I regret signing up, and I want my money back. Edit: March 1,2022: One week from my original email, and still no response. IdentityForce requested info, through Trustpilot, after my original review. I provided my info and member ID, as there wasn’t a reference number. That was Friday morning. So they would have had Friday and Monday (if only counting weekdays) to contact me. That didn’t happen, either. Trustpilot: I have the emails, and I have proof of membership. I would like to show that this is a verified review, if you can let me know how to send the info.
Great service once we got someone to act ( 3 days) on my wife's Identity theft. Kaitlyn was the one who helped us clear up our problem, We extend our thanks to her. All their team members should be as helpful as she was.
I am glad to have Identity Force’s protection. I rated 4 stars only because I had a hard time finding the section of my account information where I needed to edit some finances data. A more user-friendly website would be welcome, for seniors!

Luna is very knowledgeable and willing to help. She took care of the issue I was having in a professional and timely fashion. I was ready to cancel my identity force plan due to the prior agent’s insistence that she would need to escalate my issue to a group that would call me back sometime in the future. After speaking with Luna, I kept my subscription in place.
I have received alerts from IdentityForce that made me aware of items. They wanted to verify they were mine (and they were), but I was grateful to know they were watching closely and notified me right away. I feel safer knowing they are monitoring things.
Luna was very helpful in resetting my email login as I recently changed emails. She stayed with me to make sure I could log in after everything was reset. I really appreciated the call.
I would rate the representative, Nicole ☆☆☆☆☆. She handled my issue professionally, efficiently, and promptly. However, the wait time on hold was long, all three times. My call was dropped twice. But I had to wait and call back because the website had not been updated with my credit card information from last year. I appreciate your efforts to improve this aspect of customer service.
I trust IF anytime I have a question they always are there to assure me and explain to me what if anything I need to do!! Very good service!

I am just another person that is aware of the threats out there in cyber land. I have had PCmatic for a couple of years now and since they recommended Identity Force I knew they would good.
If I could rate the experience more than five stars, I would. Shekia had already resolved my issue before even calling me, which is extremely rare for customer service in itself. Once she had explained what the issue was and how she resolved it, she even waited on the phone at my request while I logged in and double-checked. I am in the Middle East and my internet is extremely slow, and she still waited for me to log in and verify that everything was in order. After that, she also stayed on the call to answer some general questions about Identity Force that I had. I can be an extremely stubborn person when it comes to a company's customer service. I will cut business with a stellar company if their customer service is terrible. If the other representatives are even half as courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful as Shekia, I will be sticking around Identity Force for a long time to come.
