We have been members for several years. If we had a concern or needed some help, we would call and always received assistance from someone who would explain everything we needed to solve our dilemma. We always find them helpful and easy to understand. Had another company before BUT am much happier with Identify Force.

I like that I receive a monthly report on monitoring. I also hope I would get a immediate notice if I did have a breach.

I have been with Identify Force for a few years. I'm happy with the service they provide.It takes the worry out of wondering if someone is trying to breach your security. It was a wise decision on my part to consider their service,I'm glad I did.

I love that someone knowledgeable answers to phone whenever I call, and that they answer in a timely fashion.

I always have trouble getting to my site. If I call rather than give up trying to reach my site, your people are helpful, understanding, and easy to understand. Too often however I just give up and ignore your alerts. So far, the alerts have been sex offenders and I don't have any children that live here.

I canceled this membership, well at least I thought I did but they are still taking money monthly

My card was hacked and it is listed and I heard nothing and so a appeal was made and the credit agencies were notified. I enlisted in this service so this would not happen.

So far so good. I like the app and the fact that I can check it anytime. I purchased IdentityForce after I was notified by credit card companies that an inquiry was made, and I had attempted Identity Theft.

I’m giving the 4 ⭐️‘s stars because the couple of times I’ve contacted the Identity Force it’s soooooo much to navigate through when all I want is to understand what’s going, on why and how my situation will be handled. I’ve received several fraud alerts, however, they have been from my bank not IF. Why is this so?

I have had no information or help in working with this product. Since it’s a free resource, having had a recent security breach, I guess I shouldn’t complain. But the adage “You get what you pay for” is true.

Please beware, you are billed yearly and the service is difficult to cancel with this company. I did not want to renew as I subscribe to identity monitoring under a different company. You are not provided FICO scores but Vantage scores which lenders do not use. A representative called me and I told them I did not want to renew but 2 weeks later and I got charged. This plan is active until the "next billing cycle" which is yearly.

Identify force has given me a peace of mind knowing someone is watching over my accounts. I LOVE that I get a monthly report.

U did an excellent job In notifying me monthly regarding 20/20 eye care network data breach (1/21/2021 notification). U stated each month for 1 free year that no compromising info against me was never used against me. I have an atty representing me in this data breach. Joseph Lyons Law Firm in Cincinnati OH. He has many other victims as well. The Hearings have been heard In federal court in Ft. Lauderdale fl. They estimate another year or so 4 court results 4 all victims. It's June 15th, 2022, and I haven't had a single alert from IdentityForce since October of 2021 although I keep receiving constant reminders of seminars from them. I have their best plan however, I've had three attempts by unknown individuals trying to open credit cards in my name this year alone. I don't need seminars, what I need is protection and I'm not getting it. They are very efficient in charging my credit card on time, however, They really have no effect when it comes to protecting my identity. I canceled my membership today however, they refused to refund the bulk of my payment. The customer service rep told me when I called that she would refer me to a specialist that would call me within the hour. That was four hours ago and still no call. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and a fraud case with the credit card company. Be aware that this company is excellent at taking your money and not much else.
