Condition: The (used) laptop was good condition for the price; better than some of my past experiences of ex-lease laptops from other sellers. No unpleasant surprises. Even the packaging seemed careful. Communication: A clear, useful and prompt email response to a question. Price: hungryPC's price fairly represented the current condition as well as original specs of the used laptop. OS options: the Linux OS option reassured me that the laptop was Linux compatible and would allow future Linux OS installations (booting accessible etc). Would use again: I will prefer their options in future even with a price difference from other sellers - as they seem reliable about the condition of what you are getting and can communicate well.
I like the item as it arrived safely and it was packed safely too. The condition of the laptop is great so I love it.

Im no computer nerd so didnt want to spend big on a laptop. I just wanted something for less than 400 to handle basic word processor stuff, play music and play the odd strategy game. The pc stores told me it was impossible for that price point to cope with any games too. I found hungrypc and purchased a dell laptop which can handle all this with ease, and for under 400. For the cost of a basic new system, i have a more advanced one, I was also happy to find on arrival that the laptop is in new condition, not a mark on it. I couldnt recommend these guys more, very good service. If i ever need an upgrade i'll be straight back.
Sent an email about what I would need the laptop for and they recommended me a laptop that would suit my needs. Purchased and arrived 2 days after I sent the first email. Quick and caring service, would recommend 10/10
