Very pleasant person (not a robot) answered my question then assisted me in making a purchase. Delivery was quick and PC was wrapped in yards of bubble wrap so well protected while in transit. Nice little surprises were included with it. Not certain how the pc is performing as it's my xmas prezzy so not allowed to use it yet but it looks to be in good condition.
