Bought an A-grade refurbished laptop for half its current new retail price. Well packaged. Arrived two days after I ordered with the nice surprise of a free memory stick and chocolate square! Honestly the machine was powered on and ready to go before I'd eaten the chocolate. The desktop layout was instantly familiar and had all the apps installed for me to start working immediately - smoothest experience ever changing to a new laptop! Would definitely recommend.
Although I was a bit anxious while waiting for the machine to arrive, I am very pleased and completely satisfied with my purchase. It is exactly as described in the advertisement (Grade B) with minor cosmetic imperfections. However, they do not detract from the performance of this machine.
