MS Win 10's pending demise forced the Pc upgrade. The refurbished PC from HungryPC was a good choice and came as advertised. Communication was great also. Two things that caught me out was the monitor connections I had were 2 forms of VGA that required me to track down adaptors off the Net (one is still winging its way from China. That could easily been clarified before shipping as the provider is way further up to speed on such issues than me having to refresh myself on the best cable solution. Secondly I've updated to MS Office 2024 which would have been handy if that had been preloaded as I'm really struggling with getting MS Outlook going (which I use everyday). Yes I agree the fault lies with Microsoft........ The transition from old to new has been fraught. That said prospective purchasers should be confident that the refurbed machines are of a good std. Why not upgrade and save dollars at the same time.

I decided I didn't need a brand-new laptop and took a punt on a refurbished HP from Hungry PC. I'm really impressed with the computer I received. It looks like brand new with many updated features.

I ordered a refurbished PC with a nice configuration plus some extras at a good price. A few days later the PC arrived safely, well packaged and ready to go. I just had to install my own software. Not a single problem und the PC runs very well. Thank you.
